Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If you'd like to return an item for a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return and then post the item back to us. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds or exchanges for items outside of the 14 day period. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless damaged or faulty. Gift cards, downloadables and sale items are also non-refundable.

 

To request a return, please email hello@jeffandthesquirrel.co.uk along with your order number. We politely ask that you contact us first before sending your item back.

 

Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend returning via a trackable or recorded service, just in case it doesn't reach us!

 

Any refunds will be processed within 7 days and will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
